The ground rules.
Short and plain: what you can expect from miniMany, and what we ask of you.
The service
miniMany is a notes app with optional sync and Contexts (views built from your notes by AI). You can use it without an account; your notes then stay on your device. We may change or discontinue features. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of the removal of a material feature, except where a change is needed for security or by law.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old to use miniMany. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
Your content
Your notes are yours. You give us the permission needed to store them, sync them and, for a Context you build, send the notes in it to the AI providers listed in the privacy policy to produce the view. You are responsible for what you save and must not save or share unlawful content.
Plans and limits
Free includes the limits shown in the app (Contexts, notes per Context, images). Going over a limit stops you creating more; it never deletes your existing content. Pro (paid) is not available yet; when it is, its price and terms will be shown before you buy, and in-app purchases follow the store’s rules.
AI output
Contexts are generated and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters (dates, prices, bookings) against your notes; the sources are one tap away.
Acceptable use
No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, overloading the service, or attempts to access other accounts. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Availability
The app works offline, but sync and Contexts need a connection. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Export your notes whenever you like.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account (see how), and the data is erased as the privacy policy describes. We may end accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow a limit (for example under the German Product Liability Act). For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a duty that is essential to the service and that you can rely on, and then only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. The service is provided as it is; AI output in particular may be wrong (see “AI output”). We are not responsible for data you did not back up outside miniMany; use the export.
Governing law, changes and contact
German law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. If we change these terms in a way that matters we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it applies, and you may delete your account instead. Contact: hello@minimany.app.
