Privacy policy
What we keep, and why.
miniMany is a notes app. Your notes live on your device first and work offline. If you sign in, they sync to your account so your devices stay in step.
What we collect and why

The text and images of your notes are sent to AI providers only for a Context you build. The one exception is a web address you save: it is looked up, and where needed read by an AI model through OpenRouter, to show its title and picture. Your other note text is not sent.
How long we keep it
Your data stays until you delete it or delete your account. Notes you move to Trash can be restored until you remove them permanently. When you delete your account we erase your notes, images, Contexts and settings right away; backups roll off within 30 days. Log data is kept 90 days.
Your choices and rights
Export all notes (Markdown or JSON) in Settings → Data & storage. Delete your account in Settings → Account and at minimany.app/delete-account.
If you are in the EU or UK you can ask to access, correct, port or erase your data, object to processing and complain to your supervisory authority. Write to hello@minimany.app.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit; the database and file storage are access-controlled so each account can read only its own data. Notes are not end-to-end encrypted: we and our processors can technically access synced content.
