Leaving should be just as simple.

In the app

1. Open miniMany and go to Settings → Account.

2. Choose Delete account. If you want a copy of your notes, use Export my notes first.

3. Type the words shown to confirm, then press Delete my account. For your safety, Google asks you to sign in again first.

The same steps work on the web and in the Android app.

What is erased

Your notes, images, Contexts, settings, reminders and the export files we prepared for you, on every device, together with your sign-in. On each device, the copy stored there is removed when you delete from it, and other devices show that the account is gone the next time they connect.

Encrypted backups kept by our database provider roll off within 30 days. Nothing from them is used in the meantime.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@minimany.app from the address of your Google account and ask us to delete your account. We confirm that the address is yours and delete the account within 30 days.

Early-access requests

Deleting your account also removes any early-access request made with the same email address. To withdraw a request without an account, use the withdrawal link in the email we sent you.
